Law lessons from Tehelka

Tarun Tejpal, former editor-in-chief of Tehelka, occupied media space for a week that had to be eventually filled with the post-mortem of the Aarushi Talwar-Hemraj double murder case for a short while. Now, with Tejpal finally in custody since Saturday evening, after applying for anticipatory bail twice, once in Delhi and then in Goa, time is opportune to dwell upon a few important questions that the Tehelka case has thrown up.
