Counting on Ambedkar to demolish CBI

The man who stumped the CBI in the Gauhati High Court plans to invoke the founding father of the Indian Constitution, Dr BR Ambedkar, to bolster his argument when the case comes up in the Supreme Court in January next year. It was on the plea of Navendra Kumar, a retired Group A officer of Indian Telecommunications Service, that the Gauhati High Court had on November 6 declared the CBI unconstitutional and ruled that its very genesis was invalid.
