Communal Bill obnoxious piece of legislation: BJP

Terming the Communal Violence Bill as “the most obnoxious piece of legislation in Independent India”, the BJP on Saturday said had it been in place, it would have resulted in punishment of the members of the majority community for Muzaffarnagar riots.
