Haryana hounds Khemka, but ignores babus indicted by HC

Haryana government, which chargesheeted senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka for administrative 'misconduct' is not very keen on taking departmental action against other bureaucrats who have been indicted even by the Punjab and Haryana high court.
