Aam Aadmi turns giant killer

Riding on the anti-Congress wave and driven by its major poll plank of anti-corruption, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) made an electrifying appearance on the political horizon of Delhi politics by winning 31 seats in the Delhi Assembly polls. The BJP emerged as the single largest party, but the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP’s performance took all by surprise, as the verdict has thrown a hung Assembly in Delhi for the first time.
