T, 2G put UPA Govt on back foot

Both Houses of Parliament remained paralysed throughout the day as different parties created ruckus on a host of contentious issues and gave no opportunity to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar to take up the no-confidence notices by 13 MPs against the UPA Government.
