Andhra Cong leader asks Sonia to step down from leadership

Trouble seems to be increasing for Congress manifolds in Andhra Pradesh. After the party MPs from Seemandhra region gave no trust notice against the UPA Government at the Centre to challenge party leadership’s decision on division of the State, a senior party leader and former Minister JC Diwakar Reddy has done the unthinkable. Declaring the Congress party dead in Andhra Pradesh he demanded that party president Sonia Gandhi should step down from the party leadership on the ground of poor health.
