Time for Congress to face tantrum of ally

Four MLAs of Nationalist Congress Party have said they have submitted their resignations to the speaker of Maharashtra assembly, a move interpreted by analysts as a tactic to put pressure on the senior alliance partner Congress after its debacle in recent state polls.
