Govt has ignored law panel's 13-Yr-Old suggestion to abolish Sec 377

Many social norms, once tolerated by law, have over the years been classified as punishable offences. There are also many which were considered abhorrent but came to be tolerated and later recognized as normal. Homosexuality fell in this category. It attracted, and still attracts, stringent punishment under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.
