Girl firm on rape charge against NGO boss

A three-member team of Delhi Police returned from Manipur on Monday after obtaining the statement and medical examination report of the 23-year-old woman who accused Khurshid Anwar, the now-deceased executive director of NGO Institute for Social Democracy, of sexually assaulting her.
