Brazil town showed way: Kejri

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has come to power with the promise of Swaraj or self-rule. AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal— to be sworn in as the new chief minister — believes in devolution of power to the common man through "mohalla sabhas" that will be legally empowered to take decisions. To prove that Swaraj is possible and not just a rosy notion of participatory governance, Kejriwal gives examples from Brazil, Switzerland and US.
