Three months after he trashed the Union Cabinet's decision to bring an ordinance on convicted MPs and MLAs, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi Friday disapproved of the Maharashtra Cabinet's decision to reject a judicial commission's report on the Adarsh housing scandal and demanded its reconsideration.
