BPOs should head where the talent is, which is in the non-metros

The decade-old Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry crossed a major milestone when it achieved an export revenue of nearly $20 billion in 2013. Executing almost $20 billion or over ₹100,000 crore of BPO assignments in India in a year is no mean achievement.
