India, be the outlier

The world economy is changing rapidly. The stars of yesteryear, the BRICS, are down and the stars of the world's leading economies are ascending. A simple comparison of GDP growth forecasts for the US, BRICS and India will underscore this point. In 2006-07 India came within a whisker of double-digit growth and the US was growing at 3%.
