Soon, you can withdraw cash from ATM even without bank a/c

Citizens without bank accounts and debit cards will soon be able to withdraw cash from automated teller machines (ATMs). All that is required is a mobile phone. RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan said the central bank has okayed the in-principle setting up of a payment system which will facilitate funds transfer from bank account holders to those without accounts through ATMs.
