Reduce govt stake in Air India to 26%: Rakesh Mohan panel

The National Transport Development Policy Committee (NTDPC) led by former deputy governor of the Reserve Bank of India, Rakesh Mohan, has recommended that the government reduce its stake in Air India to 26 per cent over five years. The committee was constituted in 2010 and comprised representatives from government ministries involved in transportation and the private sector.
