UP doctors strike: Spreads to Delhi, NCR over political high-handedness

Health services were severely affected for the second consecutive day in several parts of Uttar Pradesh, including Noida and Ghaziabad, on Tuesday even as tempers ran high in Delhi in protest against the attack on doctors in Kanpur. As per reports, more than 20 patients died till Tuesday evening due to statewide strike by doctors.
