Lalu has his way, concedes just one more seat to Congress

After a virtual roller-coaster ride, the Congress and RJD reached a seat-sharing agreement for Lok Sabha elections in Bihar on Tuesday. RJD agreed to give 12 seats to the Congress and one to NCP. It will contest 27 of the 40 Lok Sabha seats at stake in Bihar. Although it has not been officially announced, sources confirmed both the parties are in agreement.
