BJP set to sweep Karnataka, Maharashtra

Narendra Modi is all set to trip Nitish Kumar in Bihar where BJP is likely to win 23 of the 40 Lok Sabha seats along with its alliance partner Ram Vilas Paswan, according to a NDTV opinion poll telecast late Thursday. Stated to be the most definitive poll with a sample size of two lakh, it predicts JD(U) to be reduced to merely five seats from its present tally of 20.
