Homegrown terror on the run

India has practically decapitated homegrown terror outfit the Indian Mujahideen. The Special Cell of Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested the group's India commander and bomb expert Tehsin Akhtar, a close aide of last year's big catch Yasin Bhatkal. Tehsin, whose arrest is the latest in a recent series that began with Zia-ur Rehman alias Waqas in Ajmer on Saturday, is the main link between the IM and other terror outfits.
