Sahara gives fresh proposal to SC: Bench prejudiced against Subrata Roy, claims Jethmalani

Improving upon its earlier proposal, the Sahara group on Tuesday filed a new payment plan proposing to give market regulator Sebi Rs 2,500 crore within three days of the Supreme Court approving the proposal and promising to pay the remaining Rs 17,500 crore in installments by March 31 next year.
