Black money: Accusing government of running away, SC says its S.I.T will recover Rs 70 lakh cr

The Supreme Court on Wednesday delivered a black-handed slap to the Centre on the issue of Rs 70 lakh crore of black money stashed away illegally in foreign banks by Indians. Responding to Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran on the issue of a special probe ordered by the apex court three years ago, a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court made it clear that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) is determined to bring the money back.
