SC seeks CVC view on 20 coal PEs closed by CBI

In a significant twist to court-monitored CBI probe into irregular allotment of coal blocks, the Supreme Court on Friday sought comments of Central Vigilance Commission on the agency's decision to close investigations into 20 cases after completing preliminary enquiry (PE).
