MNCs queue up for pact with I-T

Over 250 multinational corporations have filed applications with the income tax department to avail the facility to pre-decide their tax liability at least for a period of five years. These MNCs have come forward to benefit from, what is called, the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA), which was introduced by the department in 2012.
