Narendra Modi promises special package to Bihar

BJP’s PM aspirant Narendra Modi has promised Bihar a special package if NDA comes to power at the Centre, a move seen as aimed at countering criticism by former ally JD(U) which rules Bihar. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar had attacked the BJP manifesto for being silent on Bihar’s demand.
