Modi vows to send criminal politicians behind bars

After a round of personal attacks on political opponents and attempts to polarise the elections on communal lines, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday sought to highlight governance issues with its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi emphasising that he will cleanse the political system and Parliament by asking courts to expedite criminal cases against law-makers.
