Culture hub sets red-tapism shock

Spanning an area of 1,847 square metres, Poorva Sanskritik Kendra (PSK) in East Delhi that was built to promote culture and provide a platform to budding artists has been closed owing to poor infrastructure and lack of civic amenities. Built as sequel to India Habitat Centre in Preet Vihar in East Delhi, the PSK resembling a garbage pit has now been closed.
