Doordarshan shoddily edits Modi interview

It is understandable for political rivals to be engaged in a no-holds-barred fight against one another during election campaigning in a democratic system, but it is certainly unacceptable for a national broadcaster, which is supposed to be independent, to play political games. Unfortunately, this is what Doordarshan has done after it ineptly edited an interview that it recently conducted with Mr Narendra Modi.
