Dear Nitish, there is no such thing called a Bihar model

Several subtle and not-so-subtle messages were embedded in Nitish Kumar’s Adhikar rally speech in Delhi yesterday. One thing can be said upfront, though: his statements were more politics than economics, even though he talked of his own “development model” and special status for Bihar.The key statements, and the questions that arise from his speech include the following.
