While the investigative agencies of the Congress-led Centre and State governments are groping in the dark for clues about the perpetrators of the latest Mumbai blasts, some stalwarts of the ruling party have come out with an inane statement that the hands of some ‘saffron outfits’ in the massacre cannot be ruled out.
