Gujarat’s Governor plays Congress’s dirty game

Currently locked in an intense face-off with Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Gujarat’s Governor Kamla Beniwal is not exactly known for her concerns for probity in public life. Yet, her recent decision to demand from Mr Modi an account of the expenditure incurred by the State Government during his three-day fast to launch its Sadbhavana Mission has not failed to either surprise or enrage people.
