Wasteful UPA dragging India down

Only the naïve would be fooled by the breezy optimism that the UPA Government is projecting on the economic front, because the fact is that recently published key indicators point towards an impending crisis that could well undo the Great India Growth Story. Already battling double-digit inflation and rising prices of essential commodities — both of which it has abysmally failed to contain despite several much-publicised but utterly ineffective measures — the Government now has to contend with a decline in infrastructure growth.
