Telecom raids: This is Wrong

Blame it on the neutrinos: they have been travelling faster than light, opening up the possibility of time travel. In India, you guessed it, we choose to move back into the past, not forward into the future. In the latest manifestation of this retrograde thinking, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has discovered a telecom scam in 2001-02, when the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance was in power and the late Pramod Mahajan was the telecom minister.
