Debating black money

Given the UPA Government’s marked reluctance to move against Indians who have stashed black money in tax havens abroad, the Opposition has done the right thing by coming down heavily on the Congress for its lethargic attitude towards this issue. Speaking on an adjournment motion moved by the BJP in the Lok Sabha, senior party leader LK Advani on Wednesday pushed the Government into a corner by pointing out that even the Supreme Court has observed that the UPA is soft on the issue black money.
