As the euro crisis continues to fuel economic uncertainty, a different kind of “euro” in India was doing just that — spreading smiles to millions. EuroAble, a philanthropic effort by Eureka Forbes, is a 5,000 square-feet call centre in Chembur, Mumbai, designed specially for people with physical disabilities. EuroAble is the brainchild of Cyrus Pallonji Mistry, scion of the Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group of Companies and, more notably, heir apparent to Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Sons.
